The staff were super friendly, and the room had been freshly renovated. The mattress was sagging, the glasses and cups in the room were dirty, the shower was really small, and the sliding door only let in a narrow sliver of air.

The location was great, easy to walk around town, and there was plenty of parking. We were completely happy!

The staff were exceptional; I can’t praise them enough. Every person I interacted with was amazing, and you should run hospitality training courses on how to recruit and train staff. The location, parking, rooms, and bar were all lovely too. Thank you for a great night away. I can’t fault this place at all.

The room was very comfortable, but being at the front of the hotel made it slightly noisy. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were excellent.
