It met my expectations, but the professionalism was lacking.

The room smelled and was smoky. Poor ventilation meant that when anyone smoked, the whole floor was affected. Despite complaining several times, the reception did nothing. It was suffocating, we couldn't sleep all night, and the staff were unresponsive, so I wouldn't recommend it.

I was annoyed that there were no landline phones, so I had to keep calling reception to get any help.
