Hotel Glückauf 1908, a family‑run Baltic Sea resort in Sellin, sits on Wilhelmstraße, just an eight‑minute walk from the pier and 500 m from the AHOI spa. The historic 1908 building offers bright rooms with cable TV, private bathrooms, and balconies. Guests enjoy free daily access to AHOI, a nearby family spa, and Rügen National Park trails. Private parking is available.

The place is in a great spot among white pine trees, just a 5‑minute walk from the beach. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It had a balcony, but it was on the annex side and not as cozy as the main part of the hotel, yet the overall impression was still good. The staff were extremely helpful and caring. Parking was about 500 m away at the AHOI water centre for €7 per day. An added perk was a 3‑hour free pass to the AHOI water and sauna centre, which was a nice way to unwind after a long hiking day. Breakfast was outstanding and definitely deserves a full 6 stars. The only downside was that the mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.
