“I would never stay here again”

Bed was comfortable but the headboard was damaged and hidden under pillows on both beds, which was very unpleasant to see. The room was old and worn, the bathroom door was broken, dust on the vents made me cough when the air turned on. They didn't honor the free breakfast buffet advertised at booking, and no manager was available in any department for all three nights. I complained but never got a callback. I will file a formal complaint with Hilton.

“It was horrible and I’d like money back since I never checked in or stayed.”

I didn’t even stay. I went to another hotel because it smelled so badly of marijuana, there was a long line I waited in to check in and after 10 minutes of not moving and listening to some of the other guests, I left. It was crowded, loud, smelled bad and horrible service. Although I don’t blame the front desk. There was only one person working. I didn’t even stay. The room was spacious, but I wish the hotel offered free breakfast.

Check‑in was quick, and the hotel’s location is close to everything.
