Friendly staff, clean facilities, overall a good experience. Small details missing: poor WiFi connection (one of the days without connection at all), smart tv not working and taking 1 day to resolve, charged for room service when I was sick… small details that are expected from a 5-star hotel

“Tolles Hotel super Personal”

A beautiful hotel with very friendly staff and a great location right on the beach. Simply superb! 🌴☀️ I especially want to highlight the always courteous and helpful staff. Huge thanks to Mete (animator), Ali (guest services), Ekin, Gamze and Kenan for the excellent care and great service. We felt completely comfortable and will gladly return! Unfortunately there is no parking garage; parking is available but right next to a construction site or building materials.

Excellent location near the sea. Helpful staff. Good alcohol. Decent and varied cuisine at the restaurant. Low‑key animation with a decent music program in the evenings. The beach is public and locals or guests from other hotels can also visit it. Occasionally there were visitors with pets.

“Its good”

The location was spot‑on, but I was annoyed that we had to pay a hefty fee for everything, even though I prefer eating lunch and dinner outside.

“Otto giorni davvero fantastici”

We spent eight days in August with my husband, son, and me, staying in two rooms on an all‑inclusive basis. Everything was superb: the rooms were spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the services were top quality. The pools and surrounding areas, complete with loungers and umbrellas, were always clean and well maintained. The food was excellent too – breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets offered a wide variety of good‑quality options. We had a truly enjoyable stay and felt great the whole time. I would definitely return and recommend it without hesitation.
