I stayed ten days at the hotel and the location was very good, just a few meters from Tahrir Square and everything the guest needs is close by. The reception staff are friendly and help with any request, especially Mrs. Noura, Mr. Ziyad, Mr. Ahmed, and especially Mr. Sabry who fulfills all my requests with pleasure. I recommend travelers to stay here and I will book this hotel every time I visit Cairo. Best wishes to all the staff, whose names I cannot recall.

The front‑desk staff were polite and helpful, especially Ms. Haneen, who always smiles. The stairs smelled bad because of cat droppings, and there was no tea or bottled water even though the room had a kettle. Only one bottle of water was provided for all guests in the room. Power went out at 6 am and didn't return until we told the reception; there was no phone in the room to call reception, so we had to go down to report the outage.
