The spot is amazing, right on Percival Street with instant access to MTR, trams, and buses, surrounded by shops and eateries. The room was practical and functional for a night in the lively Hong Kong center, and check‑in was straightforward and convenient. However, the stairwell to the room was very dirty and had a strong, lingering garbage smell, and the building’s common areas clearly need a more thorough and frequent cleaning.
