Staff, cleanliness. Cleaning twice a day. The hotel needs immediate repairs: weak water pressure in the bathroom sink; shower water does not drain well; temperature fluctuations in the shower when neighbors are also showering; the old air conditioner is almost inaudible.

I woke up to a breakfast spread that was pretty varied, though it could use a bit more greens; the bread felt a touch dry, and the small sweet muffins and croissants were also on the drier side—one even had a chocolate chunk inside, which made the morning feel a bit heavy. The omelettes were excellent, and the coffee was good. I mentioned earlier that some pastries were a bit dry.

This is our third visit and it still feels amazing: clean, welcoming, friendly, great food, and very relaxing.
