“Quiet, comfortable room. Good for stop to/from Rome. Don't expect much breakfast”
The hosts! They didn’t speak English, we didn’t speak Italian, so it was fun! They were a friendly, elderly couple eager to make us comfortable. For one night, it was a perfect stopover on our way to Rome. The bed was comfy and the toilet was modern and spotless. There was a microwave in the kitchen area but no kettle. Street parking was easy. The location was quiet. Unfortunately, we expected a true bed‑and‑breakfast. The breakfast offered was disappointing: just one sweet bun in plastic wrapping and a few jam sachets.

The host was very welcoming, the room was immaculate and scented, the breakfast at the bar was highly appreciated, access to the room was very convenient, and there was parking right in front of the property. Nothing to report.
Everything was flawless! The staff were incredibly kind and wonderful, the room was beautiful, warm, and clean, and I loved every moment there 😊!

The attention to detail, the bathroom and welcome products in the room, and especially the kindness of Mrs. Alba and Mr. Vincenzo—who even helped us with a car issue—made the stay remarkable. No flaws found.
