The only positive was that it’s closer to the Golden Temple. The hotel, despite its name, has no kitchen and the room cleaning and housekeeping were inadequate; breakfast was poor too—my tea order took 30–35 minutes and was served cold. When I mentioned a metal piece in my food, the staff blamed the chef, and I asked to speak with the chef in front of me; a staff member intervened and told me to leave it, saying the new chef had just started duty. At check‑in, the pantry area had no staff, and there wasn’t even a gas stove to cook.

The staff was very courteous and helpful.Everyone had a smiling face as if they were happy to serve .The rooms are near and clean. The room is bit small.But understanding the location,we were happy to be there
