The location and staff were good. The bathtub was stained and there were smokers staying there.

The building feels old and dirty, looking outdated, and there were roaches with a strong bad smell.

The place was nothing like the pictures; it was filthy and dirty, with the room old, the bed unmade, and yellowed walls from smoke even though we requested a non‑smoking room—an awful experience. If they posted real photos, we would know what to expect; deceiving customers with fake images is unacceptable.
