The room didn’t match the picture; we booked a triple but got a double with a tiny sofa for three adults. They also charged 15 € for the dog for one night. The corridor was so smoky that the smell reached the rooms.

“Ужасно изживяване”

I booked a room for the second time, but this time the hygiene was unacceptable: blood and hair in the shower, a dirty bathroom. The night‑shift receptionist was unprofessional and cleaned the toilet with my mother’s personal sponge. In the morning the manager apologized and offered compensation, yet our family’s stay was completely ruined. I do not recommend it!

The price‑to‑quality ratio was quite satisfying. The room was unexpectedly clean and cozy. I recommend it.

The only good thing was the quick response from reception – once they understood my issue, they refunded me immediately on the spot. I declined the initial offer of compensation – a room change! The room itself was terrible: extremely old and shabby furniture, cobwebs in the corners, a worn mattress covered with a clean white sheet. About 20 minutes after I checked in (during the day) I noticed a huge splinter on the bed, followed by several smaller ones splashing on the sheet. I was utterly horrified by this lack of hygiene and health risk and left the hotel right away.
