Nestled in the heart of the Zillertal Valley, the kitchen tools were clean and complete. But the animals that wandered in and the smell of cattle and horses made it hard to relax.

The accommodation and surroundings at Klausnerhof were lovely, but the constant buzz of flies from the livestock made it feel like a rural idyll you just have to tolerate.

A nice farm stay with modern, understated rooms and brand‑new bathrooms that made the whole visit feel hassle‑free. Juliane was always ready with helpful advice whenever I had questions.

The host was very welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was generous and tasty. The rooms were spotless and the location was perfect for exploring the Zillertal. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped.
