Everything is close except the beach, which is reached by a catamaran. The beach has no towels to pick up or return.

“Poor”

Tasty food. The hotel is fresh and new. Cozy nice rooms. Good staff. Nice interior. Amazing housekeeping, especially - Hadjar. Very poor soundproof between the rooms. The most disappointing fact was the problem in doors’ damping system. It was hard to sleep since the early morning when next rooms’ doors were closing with a sharp and super loud bang. I would choose not to come back if it’s not fixed. One day I was going to leave the hotel for this reason, but stayed because of my child. Moreover, there is no direct access to the beach. You can only reach it by boat which are working till 8pm, and boat staff seemed like they were making a favour, unprofessional behaviour. I don’t think it fits to 5 star hotel score at all. The beach was dirty. Also, the towel system when you can get one by card is awful. And you should take it to the beach all way long. The hotel is small so you can’t find some quiet space
