The apartment was new, modern, and very comfortable, equipped with everything needed for cooking and a pleasant stay, but the neighborhood is bad, with people sleeping on the street nearby and unsavory characters sitting on chairs around the area; in short, you pay 300€ and don't expect to be in a ghetto.

The location is good and the facilities are generally solid, but the apartment I got required descending several steps (8/10 steps) and there was some nighttime noise; also the coffee maker should be replaced because it lacks a handle for easy cleaning of the pot, but otherwise it was fine.

“Aceptable para una noche con condicioens”

The hotel was clean, yet the bathroom is inside the main bedroom and must be passed through, which can be annoying for the sleeper; the sofa‑bed sits next to the emergency light, which can also bother at night; furthermore, there is no elevator on the floor, so you have to climb two stories up or down one, depending on the assigned room.
