Hotel RK Residency Opposite ISBT Sector 43 Chandigarh

The staff were great, and there was nothing negative.

“Pathetic ...insuting staff and daytime robbery”

Nothing at all; it was a horrible experience. The staff were not helpful and just wanted your money, a total loss. This was the first time I had such a bad experience booking. The staff behaved as if customers were enemies, the location was pathetic, and there was a bad smell everywhere—rotten in the area, and we feared the staff might rob us at any moment.

The host was very welcoming, the rooms were neat and clean, the food was excellent, and the homestay was centrally located.

“One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in my life. Truly a nightmare.”

There is nothing to like about this property. Absolutely everything is terrible: the location is extremely undesirable— even a cab driver told me not to leave the hotel except to check out. The rooms are disgusting, and the staff seem to care nothing. If I listed every problem, I’d run out of space. Never stay here with your family.
