Yes, the hotel existed, but after four days they never cleaned the room even once; we arrived to find the bed already messed up.

The location was the only thing I liked; the management still hasn’t provided the checkout paperwork a month later, and I found long hair from another guest in the bed.
The hotel offered good value for the price and the staff were friendly and helpful, doing everything they could. Breakfast was modest but home‑style and tasty. I’d stayed in a pricier place with a nicer interior but poorer service; here the price is low and the personnel are excellent. Thank you very much.

Eventually they swapped the bed and cleaned the room, but still no robes, and the bedding and towels had stains. The breakfast was poor, tea was served in glasses, and overall it fell far short of a four‑star standard.
