The spot, value for money, room and view were all great; however, because we visited during very cold weather the room got extremely chilly at night, though the heated bed and a heater the manager sent without us asking made a big difference.

We really liked the accommodation, the well‑kept surroundings and the staff, but even though it’s a luxury chalet it seemed set up for three adults rather than a couple.

The accommodation was fine, the bed linens were high quality and in great condition. The guests were noisy at night.

The staff were helpful and attentive; Samara, Bárbara, and the kitchen crew were fantastic. The chalet was very pleasant and spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed.
