The hotel had gone bankrupt and was closed to the public, so I never received my room and had to leave the city and return to Aalborg, demanding a full 100 % refund of my hotel expenses.

The hotel seemed unaware of our reservation and didn’t appear to operate as a hotel anymore, but we managed to get a bed to sleep in, and that was all. 🤔
