The whole room was very clean. The TV wasn’t set to any channel, so I couldn’t watch anything.

Ms Kaori was very helpful with food recommendations, and the supplies were more than expected, even including some facial toiletries. The bed was comfortable, and the big closet area made it easy to open luggage. The nearest train station is just a 6‑minute walk away, and the neighbourhood is quiet.

Ms Kaori is an amazing host and very kind. The room we were given was spacious and had all the amenities, so we slept great. Every item was accompanied by detailed instructions, and the bathroom even came with skincare products. If I ever go back to Tokyo, I’ll definitely stay overnight here again.

The host was friendly and thoughtful, welcoming me and pointing out everything—including the cutest snacks—and then letting me have my own space. The location is just minutes on foot from Shin‑Nakano station on the Marunouchi line, and there are plenty of affordable restaurants, convenience stores, etc., nearby. The guest floor is carefully designed and well maintained; the beds and sofas are comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom are spotless and well stocked, and the neighbourhood is quiet. I had a relaxing visit, which was exactly what I wanted. For those who want more activity, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Yokohama, or Kamakura are easily reachable in one direction, and Kichijoji or Mount Takao are accessible in the other. I wouldn’t change a thing! I was in such a hurry to make my reservation that I didn’t realize there are cats on the premise—yup, I missed that detail. I’m allergic to cats, but the host did such a great job with her Swiffer that I was perfectly fine. If anyone has truly severe allergies, I would caution against staying here, but if I have another chance I’ll accept in a heartbeat.
