The place is right in the middle of everything, just a short walk to the main square and all the shops. Everything I needed was within easy reach, which made getting around a breeze.
The chalet’s spot is great, close to the attractions I wanted to see. The downside was that the private unit shared a common area with another chalet, something the listing didn’t mention, and that space was constantly busy and noisy. We also lost the AC control because the neighboring guests kept the remote, leaving the room hot and dealing with mosquitoes and a few cockroaches, and the host took hours to reply without fixing anything.

The room felt really home‑y – clean, tidy and the security staff made me feel safe the whole time. I liked how organized everything was. Unfortunately the sofa‑bed was hard and not as plush as they advertised, so sleeping on it was a bit uncomfortable.
I had booked the room in advance, but when I arrived to check in there was nothing left for me and the staff acted as if it was no big deal. It felt disrespectful to be left hanging after a confirmed reservation.
