Serendipity B&B Pescara

The apartment sits right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of Pescara Centrale train station, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Despite the central location, the area is quiet and peaceful. A special mention goes to Renato, the owner, who was extremely kind and helpful. He kindly allowed us to stay until the evening before our flight, which was incredibly convenient and saved us the trouble of finding somewhere to leave our luggage during the day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pescara!

The structure is very close to the pedestrian centre full of venues and also to the beach, both with beach bars and free access. The interiors are also very well cared for and welcoming. The structure is in a slightly noisy area that can be annoying especially at night. It was a bit difficult to dry wet towels and swimsuits. I also found the pillow uncomfortable, while the bed was very comfortable.

“Soggiorno per lavoro”

The environment is small but welcoming, clean and functional. Mr Renato and his wife are very cordial. The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the seafront and close to many venues. The environment is a bit dark and it is difficult to find parking because all parking lots require a time‑based disc.

“A lucky find”

Renato’s property truly gives off those serendipity vibes. It’s warm, inviting, and impeccably clean. The location is a gem: just a short walk from both the beach and the city centre, so everything you might need—cafés, shops, restaurants—are right at your fingertips.

“Very beautiful and comfy place”

Great place—very clean, super comfy, beautiful, calm, cool location—in the centre, close to everything you need and at the same time super calm street. We loved everything here, especially a big thank you for the hospitality to Renato. Everything was clear in communication from booking already. He also provided us with big beach towels, which was extremely helpful. All perfect.
