“Pésimo”
The service was terrible, no communication about the breakfast being included, then you had to pay almost 20,000 Colones for a breakfast for two. On top of that, the room was never cleaned and the towels never changed. Overall, the service was really bad.

The guest had a wonderful stay, appreciating the hotel's proximity to natural hot springs, beautiful green areas, and a relaxing atmosphere. However, they were disappointed with the high breakfast price in the hotel restaurant. The guest found the hotel to be well-located and clean.
