The location was excellent and the room was spacious. We usually stay here, so we were surprised to find no reception desk or breakfast service. The vending machine was almost empty and wasn’t restocked during the four days we stayed.

The check‑in was quick.

The toilet had a broken window, there were foreign hairs on the floor, and the towels were stained.

The room was far too small, and there were other unpleasant surprises. At 11 pm there was no code or reception, and lugging four bags up four floors was impossible.

The bed and facilities were comfortable, everything was very clean and nicely arranged, and the self‑check‑in and check‑out were easy.
