The staff were very helpful, the services were great, and I even got a nice garden view; after a few initial booking hiccups they managed to sort everything out so I could enjoy my short stay, and I’m grateful to the awesome people.

“Great food, nice hotel”

The food, including breakfast, was amazing, but the full-length glass doors forced me to close the curtains for privacy.

The hotel was very beautiful and stylish, the restaurant excellent, the rooms modern and comfortable, and the breakfast superb.

“Front desk staff very nice!”

Front‑desk staff were very helpful and courteous, but the restaurant bar staff were rude and I couldn’t even sit in the bar area for a drink after a day of sightseeing; nowhere else in Germany have I been denied a cocktail because of “full reservations”; I walked through the restaurant at 7:30, our requested reservation time, and there were plenty of open tables for a party of 12, which was their loss. The room had no airflow or fan and was hot in late September.

“Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt”

There was a parking spot, the place was clean, and the breakfast was plentiful. The rooms weren’t very comfortable, the desk was tiny, and it was relatively noisy.
