When I booked, the hotel promised a one‑time pick‑up from or drop‑to the airport, yet we used the train instead; the station was very near, so I asked for a drop service but the staff denied it immediately, which was unexpected for me traveling with family and caused transport difficulties; I was disappointed and expect a call from customer service with a proper explanation.

The hotel's proximity to the station was a huge plus for me, as I had an early 7am departure and was able to roll out of bed and catch my train with ease. I was in town for Diwali, and the hotel's calm atmosphere was a welcome respite from the festivities. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I appreciated the hotel's understated charm.

This hotel is literally a stone's throw away from the train station, which is a huge plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I was a bit worried that being so close to the station would mean noise, but it wasn't a problem at all. Overall, it's a solid choice if you need to be in the area.

This hotel is a gem for anyone who needs to catch a train. The location is unbeatable – it's literally right next to the railway station, making it super easy to get around. The staff were always on hand at reception, which was a big plus. The only thing that let it down was the noise from the trains, but it's not like you can blame the hotel for that.

One of the receptionists is great; he convinced me to stay more days here with his wonderful service. The hotel is quite far from the center but Uber is very cheap and worked well for me. Is almost in front of the railway station so was very convenient for me as I needed to take a train early in the morning. The restaurant is also good. It's not the best location and not many options for things to eat nearby. The laundry service is overpriced
