The location was great, but there was only one washroom.

It sits beautifully near Plose, and the welcoming staff made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. Nothing was lacking—fantastic stay.

The apartment was huge and functional, with very good bedding. Communication with staff was almost nonexistent, the church bell rang every 15 minutes from 6 am, and the rooms were poorly insulated.

The room and bathroom were clean, but the manager was not friendly. After a six‑hour drive we were stared at with all our luggage and the dog, told “the dog is yours,” and then told “you didn’t mention it,” repeating that phrase over and over. We had booked on Booking and were supposed to note that we were traveling with a pet. The hotel should have asked or checked with Booking, but instead we were treated like a prison door, especially after a long drive for a high price and an extra dog fee. No empathy, no smile—just the feeling of being a nuisance. This is the worst experience in 15 years of travel.
