The place was spotless and had a fantastic scent, but I had to keep reminding the staff to clean my room daily and refill basic items; some employees didn’t greet my family warmly.

The room was clean and the beach decent, drinks at the bar were good, but I didn’t get the king room with a sleep sofa I booked online—paid $600 for a night and ended up with a 2‑queen room that was smaller than the pictures showed. My friends also didn’t receive their booked rooms, and one was sent to another hotel, which was unacceptable. The receptionist claimed the double‑queen on the top floor was a “complimentary upgrade,” which was false. The “oceanside” room actually had no ocean front, making the ads misleading. Bubbles in the laminate floor and a steep slope led to a tiny balcony that couldn’t even hold a chair; it felt pointless. I also had to pay extra for umbrellas, chairs, and parking—things that should be included at a resort. The pool towel coupon was cheap and disrespectful, costing $10 to replace a lost towel.
