The facilities and the staff’s friendliness were good, but I was unlucky that the ingredients for a very good juice were missing, so I ended up having it at Zipolite.

The staff’s treatment and the main site’s facilities (bar with pools and common areas) were excellent; I’d definitely return. The downside was the nighttime atmosphere: we were caught in a karaoke night right when we wanted to relax and have a drink, and the staff sang 90 % of the songs while someone who should have been barred from the mic tried to get on. After half an hour of intense noise, we had to leave because we couldn’t enjoy the music or talk to each other.

“No lo recomiendo, bien limpieza ni ubicación y costo”

The only good thing was the music. Unfortunately, everything else was awful: from the moment I arrived, the reception didn’t respect my Booking cost, asked for it again, and even though I had cash, they still charged me. The place was dirty, the beds smelled bad, the sheets were filthy with blood, and it was terrible that they didn’t honor the cost I had paid. Plus, it was far from everything and the streets were very dark—an absolutely bad experience in Holbox.
