The West Bank spot was so relaxing compared to the East side’s hustle. There’s a free boat you can use like a taxi, and the staff will book cars for you without overcharging. Every room is unique, the staff are attentive, and Dr. Marina Speak, who runs it, is brilliant. Don’t miss a sunset boat ride.

“Rilassante”

The architecture, furnishings, food, and staff are all excellent. The only problems are the almost nonexistent cold water in the bathrooms and a shower that doesn’t work well.

The hotel’s design is really pretty, and the staff treatment is generally adequate. However, the manager’s attitude was a bit off; whenever I asked about our plans and she couldn’t get us to book anything with them, she frowned and left.

The building and grounds look stunning, and we also adored the food; the staff were very friendly.

“Amazing location, architecture, accommodating staff & management”

The location is amazing, the architecture impressive, and the staff and management are accommodating; we’ll definitely come back in temperate months to enjoy the Palace, the Nile, and Luxor. One minor point: the restaurant might consider adding more cold plates to the menu when it’s hot.
