Residenza Borgo Guazzo - by Devona Rooms

The location is ultra-central, in a three‑storey building turned into tiny apartments. The room is basic but spotless and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind, always super helpful and quick to reply. The luggage storage service is very convenient. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a practical, clean, and central place.

The street where it’s located is very quiet and not busy. My room’s bed is very long, and the lighting is good. The hair dryer doesn’t work.

“The room was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax and feel comfortable.”

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic — right in the city centre, within easy walking distance of both the main attractions and the railway station. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and cozy. The pillows and mattress were exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Everything was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. If I ever return to Parma, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!.

It’s very close to the train station and Antonio is attentive to your arrival. The beds are comfortable, the linens are good, and the bathroom is excellent.
