“Nous y retournerons jamais et nous a pas fait aimer Bangkok”

The only good thing about this place was that the room had a fridge, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, it was poorly placed, and we had to buy our own toilet paper because they didn't provide any. The staff weren't very friendly either - we never even got a hello. And to top it all off, the Wi-Fi didn't work.

“Horrible. Will never be there”

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, it was marred by some major issues. We were disappointed to find that there was no water kettle in the room to make milk for our baby, and we had to ask for toilet paper multiple times. The room itself wasn't very clean, and we were surprised to find that room service wasn't available. To make matters worse, none of the staff spoke English, which made communication a real challenge.

The room was spacious and clean, which was a relief, but what really bothered me was the lack of basic amenities, like utensils and a hot water kettle. The bedding and towels had a weird smell too, which was off-putting.

The only thing that really annoyed me was the absence of a hair dryer and toothbrush/toothpaste. It's not a huge deal, but it would've been nice to have those basics available.

On the plus side, the hotel's wifi was really reliable and fast. However, our stay was ruined by the constant noise from the street outside, which made it impossible to sleep. The aircon in our room was old and barely worked, so we were sweating all night. To make matters worse, the hotel only gave us one room card, which meant that when one person left the room, the other had to stay in the dark because the staff wouldn't let them back in without the card.
