The location was fantastic, the apartments were amazing and easy to access, and the staff were helpful and amazing; I loved everything.

“Lasciate stare”

I booked a double room with a private bathroom, and even though I mentioned I was traveling with a 2‑year‑old and the B&B was empty, I was given a basement room with two hallway bathrooms that were not private—one only had a toilet and the other only a shower. The host was unreachable, so we handled everything over the phone. When I complained about the discomfort of the room, I was told it was the room I had booked on Booking. Apparently the lady has her own definition of a private bathroom. She could have offered a more suitable solution, especially for a child. Still, I see she's a mother—congratulations! From Beneventana I know I couldn’t expect better, but you all with your awful services kill the tourism of this city.
