I appreciated the location relative to the event I had to attend, and the staff were pleasant. However, the room had a moldy odor that was visible in the bathroom, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. We had to ask the front desk for an iron, which leaked. No washcloths were provided, and the staff offered excuses but never supplied them. The hallway was long, dim, and also moldy.

The location was acceptable, and the front desk staff were pleasant. The woman who checked us in—Vera, I think—was very friendly. The common areas were relatively clean. On the downside, the bathrooms needed a complete overhaul; water kept leaking from the shower floor after every bath. Our toilet was extremely dirty when we arrived. There was no iron in the room, and the one we received after asking was cracked and filthy. We could hear other guests through the walls.

The establishment was extremely dirty, with the room on the brink of unsanitary conditions. The floor was filthy, the shower moldy and dirty, and the sheets and towels were stained. Shameful for the price of the room.

After 9 am there was no breakfast, and in the evening the staff’s children ran around the corridors and were disruptive.
