“Excelente devido a localização e boa devido a hospedagem”

The location was great, parking inside the lodge, almost at the beach, a wide range of restaurants, snack bars, an artisan market, and complete street security—all without needing a car; for walkers I recommend heading to Rio das Ostras center and strolling along the beaches of Centro and Tartaruga, and for those with limited mobility this place is a solid choice. The room and especially the bathroom were not clean (tiles and grout were dirty, a faint smell lingered, and even after cleaning the room and bathroom the effort seemed ineffective). The bed had a worn mattress (the springs gave way, making lying down uncomfortable, and the mattress was full of lumps from long use). Breakfast ran from 08 to 10, but after 09 there was no restocking, and the plates and cutlery provided for breakfast had outlived their useful life. At check‑in we were told cleaning would alternate days (yes one day, no the next), but during our stay it happened only once. There were no tongs for all foods, even for the bread.

The host was extremely helpful, kind, and a great person! The location was excellent and the coffee was good. Nothing to complain about, just a suggestion: add a towel rack for the washcloth.

“Tranquila”

Breakfast was good, the rooms were nice with TV and a comfortable bed, parking was available, and the sunrise could be heard with birdsong. Because it’s a family lodge, there are few staff, so guests have to take the breakfast utensils themselves, which may be a matter of etiquette but also shows the limited help from the lone employee.

“Mto aconchegante”

The location is superb, with bars and the sea nearby; the breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful, parking is inside the lodge, and the value for money is excellent. Everything was perfect, nothing to note.

“Excelente estadia”

We stayed in a room for three people and it was an amazing experience. The owners were very cordial, friendly, and helpful; the staff were wonderful. The accommodation was clean, organized, and spacious. The location was perfect. I highly recommend it. There was nothing I didn’t like.
