The only thing worth mentioning is the location. The hotel sits next to luxury bus parking, and the constant horn traffic makes it noisy and unsuitable for a solo woman; avoid it. Everything else feels like a disaster—this place is more of a lodge than a hotel, and you can find a better deal nearby for the same price.

Nobody ever asked for a tip because there is no room service, but it isn’t worth the price; there are better options nearby the bus stand and railway station for the same cost.

The staff were attentive, the reception was friendly, and the front office staff were great.

It’s a good deal for the price and the service is solid, though I noticed a few stains on the walls and some on the sheets; otherwise the stay was pleasant.
