“Uma experiência única e inesquecível !!!”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, with some truly exceptional aspects and a notable area for improvement. The hotel's facilities, comfort, and restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes daily, which was a highlight of my trip. However, the beach in front of the hotel was unfortunately quite dirty, a common issue in the area. I would have appreciated seeing some initiatives to raise awareness and improve the cleanliness of the beach, which would have made my stay even more enjoyable.

“Good”

I had a great experience with the diving excursions, with well-organized trips and experienced guides. However, there were instances where the instructions weren't clearly communicated, which caused some confusion.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The hotel's activities and natural surroundings were a highlight, but the staff's limited English proficiency and the standard room's poor condition, with a view of slums, were major letdowns. To make matters worse, the room wasn't even clean when we first arrived, and the location was quite inconvenient, especially considering the high price we paid.

“Amazing stay if you go to mabul”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The picturesque surroundings and serene atmosphere only added to the charm, making it the perfect getaway. I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's attention to cleanliness, and the culinary experience was a highlight, with each meal - from breakfast to dinner - being a delightful treat for my taste buds.

As a snorkeling and diving enthusiast, I found the island to be an excellent destination. The hotel's facilities, pool, and food were all top-notch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. However, I was disappointed with the room, which was small and lacked a balcony or terrace, considering the premium price we paid.
