Location, position. The room is barely more than a loft, quite hot even with the fan, the mattresses are a bit low.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was small, lacked screens, the bathroom was stuffy with a window that wouldn’t open and a broken fan. The breakfast was poor and offered no alternatives.

I had a wonderful stay at Cascina Alberta! The property is welcoming and well‑maintained, set in the peaceful Monferrato countryside. The rooms were clean, the breakfast excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommended.

The view was stunning, breakfast was good, and the owner was very nice and friendly. The fan in the room was loud and there were no screens on the windows.
