“Sabor agridulce en encantador hotel”
The rooftop and pool were perfect, the staff were very friendly, and the rooms were charming, though they could use better soundproofing. Two affectionate kittens—especially Lola—made us fall in love, and the food and drinks were fine, though most rooftop happy‑hour drinks were bland; the mezcal was the highlight. We had two rooms: one was fine, but from the other we could hear too much noise—trucks, roosters, other guests, and hotel sounds. On the last day, maintenance cut power for hours, so the air conditioning and electronics didn’t work; they offered free breakfast, but only informed us the night before. We would have preferred earlier notice so we could have switched hotels that day.
