The location was great, safe, and the place itself was beautiful. Natalie gave us a warm welcome. The fridge had milk and flavored water, and there were plenty of towels. When we asked for a two‑plate stove, she supplied it quickly and responded promptly to our messages. My kids enjoyed everything about the place. The bed was not very comfortable; it was okay the first night but uncomfortable on the second and third nights.

The only thing we liked was the location. The sleeper couch was so uncomfortable and hard that we couldn’t sleep on it. The apartment was very cold, and there was no heater or heated blankets. The coffee cups were sticky, as if not washed properly, and there was no sink to wash any dishes. Bugs and a bad smell lingered in the apartment. There was no hot water at 10 pm, the toilet paper holder was broken, and the towel holder was also broken.

The location was great in a quiet area. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. A number of towels were provided, which was great for our family of three. The apartment was cold because of the weather, but extra blankets were supplied.
