The location was good, but the place felt old‑fashioned and faded; it definitely didn't have the 4‑star feel it promised.

The room had comfy furniture and plenty of storage, a lot of sockets and light fixtures, a small fridge, and the price was fair, plus it was close to the station even though there were some quirks. However, the hallway smelled awful—please stop using that heavy perfume with Arabic motifs. The door security was a big concern; you have to make sure the door really slams shut, otherwise you risk leaving it open. Cleanliness was poor: all the mirrors were smeared, the shower plumbing was dirty, the toilet had a buildup that wasn’t rinsed off, the sheets had holes, the renovation was old, and at the entrance a power outlet fell out with exposed wires. The TV was old and couldn’t stream Netflix or YouTube.

“Localização excelente e uma fantástica relação custo benefício”

The place is located next to the Hauptbahnhof, but at least the room I stayed in was completely quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety and the environment was extremely clean. The staff were friendly, and the value for money was very positive. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.
