I expected more than what I got, especially with the facilities.

The hotel sits right in the city center, which is great, but the dry‑fish smell from the shops right outside the entrance is a real distraction.

The manager, Mr. Kashem, is honest and kind, but the rest of the staff could use more training, and the furniture and décor look very old. I hope they improve the service next time.
