I couldn’t locate or reach the hotel after paying online, which is unlike any travel experience I’ve had before.

There was nothing to like: the room was dusty, smelled bad, had no food or car facilities, and when I asked for a taxi they refused; the staff behaved poorly, the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, and the overall environment was dusty.
