I found the staff friendly and the parking handy for trucks, plus there were plenty of nearby food spots. On the downside, some rooms had great TVs, but at times we only received a single washcloth.

Kathy at the front desk was fantastic on this visit, greeting us with a warm smile and adding two extra pillows to our king‑size bed. However, housekeeping skipped the second day, so we never got new towels or cups, and the updated TV was difficult to navigate.

The bathtub was dirty, the bed linen was filthy, windows wouldn't lock, some lights in the room didn't turn on, and the door handle was insecure.

I appreciated the day‑shift staff for being helpful and courteous. The night‑shift attendant, a tall white man with a temper, reacted angrily and cursed when I asked for a new room after finding human hair on the pillowcase, so I immediately requested a refund and have no plans to return.
