The hotel looked stunning and felt truly special; the tiles were gorgeous and the pool area was absolutely lovely.

“Beautiful hotel, fantastic food and staff.”

We really enjoyed the food and our room was great. The hotel was beautiful and really clean and tidy. We used the shuttle into the city a couple of times which worked really well, the shuttle times coming back weren’t as good. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The drinks were pretty bad, the cocktails didn’t taste great but you could buy nicer ones on top of what’s included. Would have been good to be able to get a proper coffee as well, the machines available didn’t taste great

“The perfect all inclusive for a family of 5 (older kids) looking to relax x”

Seriously, everything was great—typical Moroccan vibe, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, good food, and generous with drinks and options. The food was a bit bland but worked for everyone and fit the all‑inclusive style. The staff were very welcoming and, of course, looking for tips, which is part of their culture. For my family of five, it was the perfect stay. The only minor gripe was the lack of an option to go inside for a final night drink after midnight, but even writing this I realize that’s just being greedy since there’s plenty offered all day.

“Arnaque pour le prix”

The location and staff were good, but the value for money was lacking and the buffets were terrible.
