The staff were efficient and friendly, and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, but the bathtub/shower was a hazard—slick enough that my 81‑year‑old husband almost slipped twice; a bath mat and grip bars would solve this.

The location was close to all the activities, yet the room wasn’t cleaned until we left, we had to request extra towels nightly, there was no pool, the facilities felt outdated, staff seemed indifferent when we asked for answers, breakfast lacked chocolate milk, and the TV was obsolete.

The elevator didn’t work, forcing my disabled husband to climb stairs; the walls didn’t block out sound so we heard neighbors all night, the water felt slimy, no cleaning was done—just towels were supplied, and the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

My room was clean, but the elevator was broken, the hallway was hot, and breakfast was unappealing.
