Nothing positive to mention; the place was not clean, the staff were useless and unfriendly, and it felt better to stay in the Nagour station waiting room.

The experience was bad: the hotel room was dirty, the restaurant didn’t serve food and outside food was not allowed, the bed was broken, there were many cockroaches in the room and toilet, and the staff were very rude.

I didn’t order any meals during my stay. The mattresses feel very old and are uncomfortable, especially for anyone with back pain. The shower pressure in the bathroom is weak.

Review Title: Worse than staying on a station platform – Avoid at all costs. Stay Experience: There is absolutely nothing to like about this property. The conditions were extremely poor, to the point where staying on a railway platform would have been a better alternative. I cannot emphasize enough: Do not book this property. Feedback for : As a renowned and trusted portal, ’s reputation is at risk by associating with such a sub-standard establishment. I strongly suggest that you audit and remove this property from your listings immediately. It does not meet the basic standards your customers expect. Condition of the Room: The room was in a pathetic state. There was a literal hole in the corner of the room, and the air conditioning was completely non-functional. Safety Hazard: The most concerning issue was the washroom. The door was missing a handle, and as a result, I actually got locked inside. This is a serious safety risk that the management has clearly ignored. Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness was non-existent. Both the bedsheets and the pillows were visibly dirty. The overall experience was so poor that it is difficult to put into words—staying on a railway platform would have been more comfortable and safer than this property
