The place is set in the beautiful countryside of Chia and is wonderful. Irma, the host, is delightful and shares a lot of useful, interesting information about the area. The room is charming, comes with a large terrace, and even offers a sea view. Breakfast was lovely. One of the nicest places we have stayed at; we loved it. Nothing negative – it was perfect.

The host is very nice, and breakfast is excellent for Italian standards, offering more than just Cornetto and coffee – there’s also yogurt and fruit. The room has a balcony with a great view and atmospheric sunsets. The parking spot is a house away. No negatives.

We liked the nice host and the good price/quality ratio. The accommodation was top, but the location was very quiet, as Chia isn’t very busy.

The location was great, but the room lacked a water bottle and the breakfast portions were small.

The host was sweet, attentive, and offered good advice, but the room photos were misleading, the place felt very old and not modern enough; a renovation would be welcome.
