The location was good, but the hospitality left a lot to be desired.

The hotel’s spot is great, yet they charged us more than the rate we booked online and then told us online bookings weren’t accepted, claiming the low rate was the reason we couldn’t be accommodated; after paying extra, there was still no room for us.

The property claimed no rooms were available even though we showed them our booking and they denied us.
