The hotel is centrally located, yet the rooms felt outdated and dirty—there were so many unidentifiable stains on the carpet that I couldn't even take off my shoes, and the fold‑down bed was unstable.

Because I arrived extremely late, a late check‑in at 3 a.m. was absolutely smooth, and the hotel is very close to the Hönow U‑station.

The location and quick check‑in were positives, but the property was filthy, clearly aged, my shower was heavily limescaled and dirty, and the bedding smelled awful.

Everything was really good! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I especially liked that I could leave my suitcase there for a few hours after early check‑out; it was kept safe and the next employee was reliably informed. Thank you for the kind service!
